Condo was as promised, clean, spacious, amazing views and everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of amenities and I espeially liked the bbq pavillion.and six elevators made traveling in/out very quick. The in condo ice maker is a huge plus! Close to stores and restaurants, you won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed the spaciousness.

Balcony was awesome. Very large and spacious with beautiful views. Railing had some sharp edges in places so had to be careful. Condo was pretty and had plenty of furniture. Beds were comfortable. Exhaust fans in a couple of the bathrooms were noisy. Air conditioner was also loud on start up. There were also quite a few electrical outlets that didn’t work. Sliding doors to the patio were hard to slide and one didn’t work at all. We also had a real estate agent come by twice to view and show the condo which I didn’t care for. All in all it was a great vacation. The cafe/bar downstairs was nice to have on-site.

Everything was perfect for our family! Thx so much for sharing. Loved having a full bathroom in every bedroom. Everyone had their own privacy.

Perfect family vacation ! We won’t be staying at any other condo from now on! We ended up baby proofing the unit a little better for the ages of children we had. We also parked at level 3/4 and just took the elevator up to 10 instead of driving all the loops.

We loved this condo and The Oasis. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The owner was easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is great and certainly is accommodating for families with children as well as adults only. The only negative comment about the condo unit is the beds were not the most comfortable and the pillows could certainly use replacing with some that were more comfortable. Outside that, the condo is a great space and offers plenty of room and amenities.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is exactly how it is described. The owner Kim was very easy to work with and I would recommend this property highly. I do anticipate a return visit.

Unit was very large with awesome wraparound corner balcony facing South and West . Made for great sunsets.All 4 beds were very comfortable and 4 tvs for 3 children worked very well. Unit was one of cleanest we ever stayed in. Being able to park on same floor (10th) as unit was extra nice for unloading and loading. Check-in and check-out were effortless.All associates we interacted with at the Oasis were very helpful and friendly.I give it a 10 out of 10 rating, and plan to visit it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Oasis 1001. Beautiful condo with a huge wrap around balcony, which is where we spent most of our time. There were a few issues when we got there, left by previous guests (spring breakers), but the owner ( Mr. Patterson) was upfront in letting us know before we got there but we decided to stay any way. He quickly took care of any problems that we had. I would highly recommend staying at Mr. Patterson's condo, we had a great time there and will stay again.

The property was magnificent.

This property was perfect for us. 4 different families drove from Arkansas and Kentucky. Ranging in age from 3 to 85. Recliners were one reason we picked this place. Have 2 that can’t sleep in bed. Owner was great. Only had one minor glitch. He responded promptly. We all said we would come back. Hopefully soon. But will take a lot of planning

This condo provided an enjoyable time with family. It met our expectations with the 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. Excellent location for families with young kids or grand kids. If you don’t have young kids, then when you sit out on the balcony it will be very noisy until 8:30. The 10th floor parking deck was convenient for unloading and loading.

We all had a great time! Grandson say they want to come back next year! Everything was top notch. Thanks for having us.

Our condo was very nice. Very clean and no problems. Everyone had fun at the pools and the beach was perfect

This property was very spacious and allowed us to gather comfortably inside or on the balcony (the balcony is huge!). The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular, and this condo is close to everything!

This condo was beautiful! We took a big family vacation here and we loved it. Corner condo with awesome views! On the 10th floor so you can park on floor 10 and walk right to your condo. We have stayed at the Oasis several times, and this has been my favorite condo yet! Hopefully we can stay again soon.

It was fun, I had grandchildren and they loved the ocean, LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Overall very nice. Also, the owner let me make a change to my reservation because my oldest Grandson was graduating on the original day of our reservation and we wouldn't be able to make it so they just let us change it to the next 2 days. Thank you so much for that. We enjoyed.....
