BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 parking passes___ Are included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The condo was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Bedroom locations were perfect for giving everyone privacy/quiet. Plenty of comfy seating in common area for TV and dining. All the equipment you need for prepping meals. Great location! We'll stay again for sure!

    This was a very nice unit and extremely clean. We vacation yearly and always stay at Summerchase. We have used several rental companies and various owners, but this was one of the nicest and cleanest units we've had. Beachball was easy to work with and we will use them again. They may have the best cleaning staff we've ever experienced. Thank you!

    Very clean, all the kitchen utensils you could think of. Wrap-around corner balcony is fantastic and very private. Master bed/bath is huge and very relaxing, as you can hear the ocean waves from it. Be aware, if utilizing all 3 bedrooms, that the middle room has ZERO view. It literally looks across at the door to the stairs of the concrete outside hallway. We did not need or use the middle room, thank goodness. There are lots of games, which we and our kids used quite a bit, as it tended to storm all morning of every day we were there, which was disappointing but not the fault of the condo! The only real critique would be there is ZERO “dry food” amenities, like salt/pepper/seasonings, so youll have to buy that when you do a grocery run (it would have been nice to have been greeted with a small box of K-cups for a starter kit ?). Overall a fantastic condo in a great location on the beach and in Orange Beach; very close to so many fun spots, including the Wharf!

    Condo was comfortable and well stocked. Loved the corner spot which extended the views of beach and gulf. The facility’s pools, weight room and grilling areas were nice and well kept. Loved the location, right off Baldwin Beach Expressway. Would stay here again.

    This condo was very beautifully appointed. My only complaint was there were too many seating options in the living area making it feel quite crowded. There were only three of us so a bigger group may appreciate the extra chairs. Aside from that there was a very noisy dog in a nearby unit that barked at all hours. You could hear it all the way down on the beach. I'm sure this was just an owner who brought their pet along and not a constant source of irritation. And lastly elevator work made for longer wait times but these things happen. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
