Love this roomy condo! This is the third time we have stayed here and it is always amazing. Perfect location, easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking was also close and easy. Will be returning for sure :)

The condo was so spacious and convenient to many things. We enjoyed it so much! Having the new Embassy Suites opening up across the street is going to be a negative thing I fear. They were testing out their speaker systems the whole time we were there and it was REDICULOUSLY LOUD! The music was shaking our windows. We had small kids with us and it definitely affected their sleep. Other than that, it was great. We stayed there last year also and loved it. It is very quiet inside the condo even with the Hangout next door with live bands every night. We will definitely consider staying at Gulf Place again next year.

We were there for a beach volleyball tournament and the location was perfect. Unit was clean, updated, and enough room for all of us. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Place with Lucky Bird. It was really easy to get to and Lucky Bird provided great emails, information, and maps to understand parking and everything. I was very pleased to find multiple excellent carts to help us unload. Parking was clearly identified and easy to get to, but honestly we did not have to drive much given the amazing location. The unit clean and wonderful. Lucky Bird was clear on what was included regarding additional toiletries and cleaning supplies, which allowed us to get extra as we liked. Very helpful and totally reasonable for the price. The unit itself was luxurious and great to bit in. We loved the views. The rooftop pool was wonderful. While heating can do only so much in winter, it made it usable in late December which our kids loved. The pool and chaises were fantastic. Not only did we enjoy the pool but came up for sunset views as well. The game room was fun and helpful for going up to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, including dishes, glasses, a great coffee maker and blender. The utensils were adequate unless someone has a specialty focus. Our family group had a great time and we all loved staying there. We would happily stay again. I’ve rarely had an easier experience than with Lucky Bird.

The accommodations were wonderful and we felt safe the entire time there! The location is central with lots of restaurants and activities close. The rooftop pool is beautiful. I would return without hesitation!

Great location. Huge disappointment that the roof top pool was not available 50% of the time as this was a drawing feature and why we were willing to pay more.

Gulf Place is comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed our time there very much. The rooftop pool is beautiful, the sunset views spectacular.

Loved this place! There were only two problems. All of the beds had microfiber sheets that seemed to be a size too large and they were horrible! They didn't fit tight and every morning the fitted sheet had come off the mattress. The 2nd thing was the amount of noise on the street side of the condo. It was VERY loud! If you rent from this complex, get on the beach side!

This was our 3rd time at Gulf Place, the condo unit, pool, common space and staff were great. So it's hard to say this but the vibe in downtown Gulf Shores has changed, we've been staying in the area for 30 years, we noticed the change as soon as we got in and unloaded our cars. There were kids selling stuff out of their cars as they circled around the Hangout and every day there was an element that definitely were not there just to have fun. Of course there was the shooting the first Monday we were there also, thankfully the victim is supposed to recover and the shooter was arrested. Every day of the week there was something going on, from girls being harassed, to gangs of kids trolling around looking for trouble, it was not the Gulf Shores we've known and loved and will not be coming back. I hope for the community and the businesses this gets resolved. Some may say it was just the spring break crowd but I've never seen a spring crowd like that in 30 years. I appreciate the police presence and their approach but GS is a small town and they can't be everywhere all the time. Again, this rating is about the surrounding area, not the complex, if you want to stay shut in the complex, its a beautiful space.
