The Space:

Come enjoy some of the best views Ocean City has to offer in this beautifully updated direct bay front condo. This condo offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, an open living area and one of the best balconies in town. The living area features a nice sized living room, separate dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The large balcony is conveniently located off of the living area and master bedroom and offers nice sunsets and beautiful views of the Isle of Wight Bay, Atlantic Ocean and Assateague Island. The bay front master bedroom features great views, a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. The third bedroom features bunk-beds and a television. There is a second full-bathroom to serve the living area and guest bedrooms. Building amenities include a bay front outdoor pool, sun deck, elevator and two parking spaces. Unique location is quiet and secluded, yet within a short walk of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, amusements, shopping and more. The Assateague House building and the condo itself are very well maintained and in excellent condition. Condo is located on the 5th floor.

General Policies

Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.



The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.



No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.



Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.



Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

    Perfect location, gorgeous views, easy to find and wonderfully equipped. Quiet and comfortable while still being in the heart of downtown Ocean City and easily walkable to all the action on the Boardwalk/ inlet area. Condo was exactly as advertised, and the parking for two vehicles was a great perk. Great communication from the property manager. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

    This was my second year staying at this condo. Perfect location for families. Kids love the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. I loved the views and peace and quiet on the balcony. Pool is wonderful also.

    We love 502 Assateague House; started staying in this unit in 1987 until original owner sold it and it wasn’t being rented; it is my sons favorite place to go and now my 4 grandsons favorite place to go; they’d rather be here than anywhere; it tops Disney to my family.

    CONTEXT: A group of four 30-somethings with 2 vehicles who drove over 500 miles to experience Ocean City for the Labor Day holiday weekend. TLDR: The apartment has spacious bedrooms, a large open kitchen and living/dining room, and a balcony with gorgeous harbor views. It was truly a joy to experience Ocean City with this as our home base! CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: It is incredibly simple and all communications and reminders from the property manager via email were clear. PARKING: Good. One spot is covered and very close to the elevator. Another spot is in the uncovered lot about a 1 minute walk away from the elevator. ELEVATOR: It can be a bit slow to arrive. Pro-tip: Hold the button for the floor you want to door close faster. KITCHEN: It has appliances and cookware essentials to make and serve meals. Bring your own travel cookware if you intend to make many meals. Plenty of prep, cleaning, and serving space. DINING/LIVING ROOM: It was plenty for our group of 4 and could easily host 6-10 people comfortably. It has an expandable table and plenty of chairs. The TV is great and well placed to limit glare. The couch is firm leather. BALCONY: It is a great place to be at any time of day. Make sure to watch at least one sunset over the harbor while you're there. There are four high top chairs with plenty of room for drinks, snacks, etc. Privacy is decent and has minimal noise from neighbors. BATHROOMS: Clean; water pressure and water temperature take time; BYO tissue paper.

    We had an amazing stay! This condo suited our needs perfectly. The layout is great- very cozy! The kids stayed in the bunk room at the far end. I was worried about hearing noise from the living room in the other bedrooms but it was really soundproof! The kitchen is even big enough for a few cooks! The sunsets from the balcony were a huge bonus. We were close to everything - boardwalk, beach, assateaque, great restaurants and able to come back to our peaceful bay view at the end of each day! We would definitely stay here again!
