On the beach close to parks, art and culture, great views, restaurants and shopping. Private beach access. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and couples with pets. Assigned parking space upon arrival. Very comfortable high end memory foam queen size bed, decorator detailed, new linens & full kitchen w/ new kitchenware, all stainless steel appliances and on-site washer and dryer's. Free wifi and cable tv. Please take note this is a monthly minimum building as the famedColony Surf does not allow nightly rentals. When staying at the building you must adhere to The Colony Surf rules. If you need mail sent during your stay please address it to the Colony Surf Front Desk manager and mention your name. Do not put the owners unit number as you will not have access to the owners mailbox. Please note there is 1 cleaning required per month at the renters expense. The cost is generally around $150 paid directly to housekeeping.

    This was hands down the best VRBO experience I’ve had. Tom’s beach condo was perfect—bright, airy, and beautifully appointed. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made it easy for me to explore and enjoy everything Oahu has to offer. Tom was incredibly thoughtful, providing me with everything from beach towels to insider tips on the best spots to visit. I left feeling rejuvenated and already reserved my next visit here at Tom’s little slice of paradise! Can’t wait to get back there.

    Hi Justin We are still requesting a credit for our stay & we needed to Leave Early due to conditions of this unit There a number of maintenance & cleaning issues 1) dishwasher not working & there's sitting in the dishwasher for weeks (gross) 2) No air conditioning & the door vents won't open/close 3) the clothes line in the shower is broken 4) the rain shower has a slow leak/drip 5) one of the chairs bottom liner has fallen....just needs to be tacked up 6) printer does not work....the ink may have dried up 7) the coffee maker is VERY dirty & we could not use 8) we only received one door entry fob (for 2 people) so we had to coordinate every time we went somewhere 9) the kitchen sink is dirty....needs a scrub brush for the edging 10) the storage closet is very dirty & cluttered......with so little storage in the unit.....it is very disappointing 11) there was only enough hand soap for a week (which is pretty tacky when someone is staying for a month) 12) the fridge was very dirty....had to clean before using it 13) the door on the shower is dirty & the glass shelves 14) the shelves in the bathroom had not been cleaned in weeks 15) the lamp shades by the bed are very dusty Let me know if you require any more information Thanks, Allison (We left early & received no credit)

    My husband and I returned back home after five years of being away. We could not have been happier with our choice of state. The location was fantastic, the amenities were wonderful and it was close to family and friends. What made it extra special is the parking space and the washer dryer! Those are a godsend The check in and check out process was a breeze! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in the little bit of Aloha Hideaway.

    Great location on the second floor which made it very convenient to get down to the beach. The condo was well equipped with everything including beach chairs and umbrella. Quiet end of Waikiki which resulted in great sleeps. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the property. Looking forward to going back!

    We enjoy staying in #206! It is just minutes from the beach, and we have fun snorkeling. Being on the second floor is a real advantage for unloading groceries and walking to the condo. Kapiolani Park is right across from the Colony Surf which is very nice. Diamond Head is just across the street, too. Having a parking spot, in the ramp, is ideal. Having laundry and a nice shower is great!

    This second floor condo is great! We are just minutes from the outside and beach. Having a parking spot is so nice. We were very comfortable staying here, and appreciate having laundry in the condo.

    The location cannot be beat! Outside of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but within walking distance, so you get the real feel for island living. The property is well furnished with lots of high-quality kitchenware. The property manager is super responsive and addresses any issue that may come up very promptly

    We really enjoy staying at the Colony Surf! Unit #206 is so nice since it is located on the second floor, making it an easy in and out. Also, you will be just a few steps away from the beach. A parking spot is available which is HUGE in Waikiki. The unit is very comfortable and and has a very nice shower. It is wonderful having a washer and dryer, as well.

    We enjoyed staying in this condo very much. It has been updated with nice appliances and has a comfortable bed. The location, in the area, is tremendous and being on the second floor means that you don’t need to wait for an elevator. Access to the beach is just steps away.
