Destin West Villa 410 - Relaxing Gulfside Escape for Four

We love this little villa. It’s perfect & close the crossover & love the free beach chairs. Would recommend to anyone with a small group.

It is a great location and there are a lot of amenities but it is lacking on cleanliness and upkeep. Our condo needs a deep cleaning and I had to sweep and wash the bed spread. Some food was on it. Whoever cleaned it last did a poor job. My daughter's family stayed in the Pelican building and it seemed better kept. The beach is nice but the chairs are set up very close to each other. It was very nice how our unit came with 2 chairs and an umbrella everyday. The surf was rough. We had red flag warnings 2 of the days. All of the pools and lazy river were nice and access to the back bay pier was nice for fishing. Our unit was really close to the bridge to get over to the Bayside but be prepared for a lot of walking and going up and down different elevators.

We were super impressed with this condo! If its just you and your better half, this place is perfect! Great location to the beach, pools, lazy river and even the bay which was way less crowded than the beach. Grocery store and gas station basically across the street! Will definitely book here again!

1st time my husband & I have been to Destin. The place was perfectly located, loved the pools & closeness to the beach. The villa was cozy & just perfect.

Had a wonderful stay with our niece & nephew. Perfect location and easy access to both the gulf & bay sides. Cute & comfy room. All you need for a little getaway. :)

The property was really clean, located on a perfect spot close to everything we were visiting. - The pool and lazy river was great as well as the beach service.

This was the perfect spot for our first official family vacation with baby! The condo had just enough room for all of the things needed to set up for baby and the beach chair access was perfect! Considering making this our permanent vacation spot!

We love this unit. This is our second time coming to this until and they have beach service now! That was really nice to not have to carry beach chairs to the beach. There are a lot of beach toys in the box on the balcony, so don’t forget they are there. The AC WORKS, I bought some sweatshirts on this visit. This is a perfect unit for a couple.
