Destin West - Heron PH07 - Penthouse w/ Private Rooftop Hot Tub & Grill

We loved the hot tub!

This was our second time staying at Destin West. We've had 2 different Penthouse condos and everything about both of them was absolutely fantastic!! I'm not one that likes to stay at the same place more than once when we vacation, but this place is so great we just had to! The rooms are very clean, everything is stocked well, the resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained - we couldn't ask for a better place to stay!! There were 6 of us, my husband and I, our 2 teenage boys, and my parents, and there was something for everyone. The boys loved the rooftop and used the gym facilities. My parents enjoyed playing cards on the deck. And we all loved the lazy river and hottubs. Our walk to the beach was easy, and the wagon/chairs/umbrella/etc that were provided were so great to have!! Many, many great restaurants to eat at nearby, and it was easy to rent a pontoon for an entire day to check out Crab Island. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I love this property it is beautiful clean and a family favorite. It is close to tons of good places to eat and just a short drive to grocery store.

This is our second time visiting Destin West, our first time using Coastal Vibe Vacations. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. In the beginning, while searching for a unit that would work for our family, my questions were always answered quickly and with kindness. The reasonable deposit amount, price, and additional fees encouraged me to book through Coastal. Communication was amazing throughout the process. Down to the day of, letting us know we could check-in early, without us asking. When I arrived we took note of how clean and well taken care of the unit was. (Not just edited pics like you often see.) I noticed a few items that could be replaced or were needed. I emailed on a Sunday morning and received a reply from Alan in less than ten minutes followed by a personal phone call. He had the items to our unit before we came back from the beach. The condo is amazing! Beds were great! Spacious! Living room furniture comfy and clean! We loved the rooftop grill, and teenagers took advantage of the hot tub. We truly had a great time and know that it was because of Coastal Vibe Vacations amazing staff in the office and housekeeping crew!!! FIVE STARS to you all! You ROCK!
