The view from the room is absolutely stunning! Patio is very spacious. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our stay. Beach access with chairs and umbrella was great. There was an issue with our check-in but communication with the host was seamless. The only issue I have is that the pool was absolutely frigid and was advertised as heated.

Beach view was fantastic but we did not use the pool.

The closest elevator to our condo was out of order our entire time there, making it less convenient to get to the beach. The hot tub was not hot one afternoon and after notifying maintenance, someone came quickly and adjusted the heat but it didn’t last long.. The only issue with our condo was the sliding glass door which was fixed the day we reported it.

Great spot and nice beach! Condo itself was spacious and in a fantastic location overlooking pool and ocean/beach. Walkable to so many things. Enjoyed the stay, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I will absolutely rent this condo again. The description and pics are 100% accurate. I had coffee and watched dolphins from my balcony every morning! The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was the perfect location. My teenagers were so happy with everything about it. It was convenient for them to be able to walk out the doors and right onto the beach. There’s a cute little boardwalk with shopping and restaurants that’s only a 2 minute walk. Destin was a 10 minute drive. Lots of easily accessible attractions and things to do without even having to drive. We didn’t have any issues that required us to contact sugar sands while we were there. Communication prior to arrival was exceptional. We were emailed details for our stay and parking passes ahead of time. I give this place a 10/10.

Everything was ok…furniture was very uncomfortable for us because it was so low to the ground.

Everything was great. We had one night where the tv didnt work but that was the weather. Very clean.

Great for small children, as this property is a very short walk to the beach. Master bedroom is extremely bright and needs blackout curtains.

Great location with an amazing view from the balcony. Amenities are awesome. Highly recommend staying in this unit.
