Stayed Jul 27, 2025We had a great stay. It’s a beautiful property that overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The pool is amazing and free beach chair set-up is included. You just have to put your name on the list at the beach at 9am. Our family agreed this was the best condo we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to Siesta Key, Myrtle Beach and Clearwater over the past 12 years. The Lazy River across the street is included and we visited The Island next door. The only negative I would say is that the pullout couch cushions and side of the fridge were pretty dirty. Other than that, the property is amazing! Look forward to returning next year.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here so much! The location is perfect and this unit has the most beautiful view! The unit had alot of items to start out with ( toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee) and more. The owner Frank was extremely pleasant to speak with and so was his manager Amanda. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved this place so much we ended up extending our stay with another one of the owners units at this resort!

Stayed Oct 16, 2024This condo is a perfect size for a small group. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds has a door that can be closed for privacy. We put the loudest snorer in there! Being a 2nd floor unit is very convenient. I used the stairs all weekend. However, that also means you are close to the hottub; so we had to deal with a couple of loud, late hottub parties (not any fault of the condo owners). The only reason I did not give 5 star review is because there was a musty odor in the condo for the 1st couple of days. It wasn't horrible, and it definitely subsided by the time we left. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amanda was also helpful when we were having remote control issues. It all worked out. Thank you.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024We were amazed! 1. The check in process was carefree. We went straight to the condo. We had already received our parking pass in an email and parking was steps from the condo. 2. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels. 3. The pool bands were already in the condo (10 of them). The condo property is beachside and has a huge pool and huge hot tub. We also had access to The Island property next door with a grotto and swim up bar (I don't drink but it was super cool and had non-alcoholic choices). It had multiple pools and a heart shaped hot tub. There was also a grill with food and a tiki bar beachside. 4. Across a catwalk there is a beautiful pool with a lazy river bay side with amazing views. 5. We had one tiny issue when the internet went out. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. The condo property is perfect for kids and the pools next door are perfect for adults. We loved this place and the carefree experience. We will be back every year!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Nice, clean property with a lot of fun stuff for kids, beautiful beach, a number of pools. Restaurants and shops are close by. We would stay there again.
