Destin West Beach Resort Villa Studio

Stay was everything we hoped it was. The location is perfect with its walk ability to private beach access and lazy river with tons of pools and hot tubs

The property was really nice. I feel like that the condo we stayed in could use a little updating. The rugs were filthy. Some of the stuff was wore out. It was however clean but the pillows that were on the couch were filthy or just stained and needed to be replaced. But other than that everything else was great

It was a much needed getaway.

It was exactly as described. The owner themselves were very responsive to our needs and knew if we needed anything they would take care of it. This is a great location to be at the beach in Destin.

We enjoyed our stay it was a very nice condo.

The building is older and the room could use some updates and a good coat of paint. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. Was sent someone else’s reservation info for dates different than ours. Was not sent room code until 4:30, check-in is 4:00. Check-out info was sent first thing the morning BEFORE we were due to check-out We did enjoy the easy walk to the beach and restaurants

Loved the room and location!!

It was a lot smaller than I imagined. Not good for teenagers. Better suited for a family with small children. And bring your own towels and garbage bags.

Hotel was very nice. Check in was super easy. Location was close to everything.

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend getaway. An awesome stay...everything we expected!

We have stayed at Destin West on two different occasions. While we have loved it in the past this unit was much smaller than we expected. It says sleeps 4 but that 4 would be with zero privacy. My family of 3 felt cramped in this unit. The unit was clean, owner was very communicative with us and location was ok but the overall size and the fact that you could hear every car door that was shut, loud engine roaring down the strip and even loud conversations would make me choose other units over this one. Again this is nothing against the owner of the unit as they communicated with us very well and the unit was as described, clean and ready as stated. The complaints are simply with the size of the unit itself and our experience. If you are a couple this may not be a bad unit but to say this sleeps 4 is quite an overstatement.

You get what you pay for with the room/space. It’s exactly what the pictures/description show. Not stocked with much. But the Resort amenities were well worth it. It was a perfect location, with access to both beaches. The pools were perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Would rent again.

The condo was clean and perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay.
