Destin Nation By You Miramar Beach, Gulf Views, Pool, Deeded Beach Access

First off, great location just off the beach. Good room sizes. The balcony in the evening was beautiful. You can see the water/beach directly, so you know what the waves and beach conditions are. Elevator was a plus, if a little smelly and slow.That said, these items can quickly be addressed:The rooms were dusty. Under the beds and the plants.There is a smell of mold in the bath.The comforters for the bed were little more than a thick sheet. They should provide better linens. New showerheads needed so you can wash out the tub sand or themselves. One bathroom sink didn't drain. Sliding glass door needs the latch fixed and to be lubed. Filter in the fridge needs to be replaced.All the pillows were down, which affects allergy sufferers. .One bedroom room really didn't have a dresser, just a couple tiny half-drawers that already had items in them. Replacing the desk with a dresser would be very helpful.Positives:Ice maker was clean and effective. Provided coffee, towels, soaps, trash bags, etc. were appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups/glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. Dishwasher worked, if pretty noisy. Same for washer/dryer. TV/Internet were up to par.Interactions with management were pleasant and mostly were timely responses, especially on the weekend. Hospitality app was helpful and management emails were useful, however some notifications still had a [fill in the blank] where info was supposed to be shown.

Great location. Lots of room. Kitchen did not have enough skillets or a sheet pan.

We had to move to this house due to construction on our reserved condo, and this was a wonderful surprise. This home had peaceful and open gathering spaces, was a close golf cart ride to the beach, and had access to a resort quality pool. We enjoy cooking our own meals, and the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to prepare food. The decor was inspiring and peaceful. The layout of the home was great for a larger group (we had 8). You could spend time together while also having spaces to take a break and enjoy some time alone. This was by far one our favorite places we’ve stayed together over the years, especially with the fireplace and cozy porches. The grill was also nice to use throughout the week. We hope to come back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property could use some updates. The kitchen definitely needs a new stove, coffee pot or updated to a Keurig. Could use an air fryer or a toaster oven. More dishes are needed for several nights of a family stay. None of the bowls were useable to store food in due to none having matching lids to close. BEFORE check in, please advise your guest to NOT put in the code MORE THAN ONCE due to being locked out!!! This was very Annoying!!Best part of our stay was being able to walk to the beach❤️

Overall, this was an awesome place to stay! However, the sliding glass door was hard to open and close, and there was no way to lock it. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable other than that everything was perfect.

Overall wonderful experience and would love to stay again.

The communication between property was amazing when we had an issues with the patio door not shutting. We also tried calling several times to request a late check out but never got a call back. Some of the gates didn’t work with out codes all of the time but this condo is nothing short of amazing and perfect for a family vacation for all ages! The pool and surrounding areas and clean and very well kept. The condo itself was kept very cool upon arrival and spotless. Thanks again! I am booking a trip next summer!
