Just 8 min a walking distance from the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear turquoise water and soft, white sand.This peaceful gated community offers a golf course, 5 shared pools, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, rent bikes and a lovely patio where you can relax. Savor the local cuisine at nearby restaurants, explore state parks, and outdoor shopping mall or outlet. Must be 25 older to rent.
The space
The condominium have Two Bedrooms and two Full bath. Master room with a King Bed and second room with a Queen bed. Additional bunk bed in the hall for small kids and a sofa bed in living room. TV's in all rooms and living area. Private patio were you can relax with a porch swing. We will provide wristbands to access any of the 5 share Pools.
You can use the exterior storage #B with umbrella and beach chairs that you are welcome to use.
Guest access
Convenience parking lote inside Seascape resort right across the street from the Whale's Tail Bar and Grill to access the beach. Please maintain visibly the vehicle parking pass.
Other things to note:
We will provide lines and bathroom towels.Please bring your own beach towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Clean, great location and great communication with the host. We had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach and shops. The community has outdoor showers to rinse after the beach which I thought was a plus to avoid all the sand from the beach. Highly recommend for a small family. Thank you so much and GBU!
