Desirable location with pool, hot tubs & gym - near the gondola

The only thing this facility has going for it is the location. It's across the street from the base area and that is where the good ends. Cheap motels are more clean and have better furniture than this place. The kitchen and bathrooms had black hairs everywhere and there were coffee grinds all in the cabinets. The patio furniture (two plastic chairs) were covered in dirt when we arrived, almost like they have been sitting untouched for years. Onto the couch, this was so uncomfortable nobody ever sat on it for the entire week. If bus stops had couches, this would be it. Would be good to sit on if waiting for a bus in the rain but not so much a good place to relax after coming off the slopes and this is what bothered me the most about the place.... extremely cheap uncomfortable furniture. The TV's are smaller than my computer monitors but they do have VCR's in all the rooms so the kids got a lesson in the history and progress of electronic media. Fireplace makes a loud whistling noise when turned on and is so loud you can hear from anywhere in the condo. The only thing more enjoyable than turning the fireplace on is turning it back off, very disappointing. I don't ever write reviews but when you pay this much you expect something much better and I want people to know what they are actually getting into here before booking.

If you’re looking for a super basic, conveniently located condo- this is it. Storage for skis, walk to gondola, pool and hot tub, parking, laundry. Functional, but nothing more. We have stayed in ski condos all over the US and don’t look for fancy, or high end; but this was a new low. Broken shades, dressers with drawers that wouldn’t pull out, not a single pan you could cook with— I don’t mind outdated decor (which this unit has LOTS of), but a whole section of the couch was broken/unusable and many basics were missing. Friendly staff but would not stay here again.

We loved the easy walk to the mountain gondola, lots of restaurants and shops and the ability to ski home was such a bonus. However, the condo is incredibly dated, carpet and furniture old and stained. Kitchen didn’t have any measuring spoons or oven mits, curtains falling from the rods in almost every room. This place needs to be updated for me to consider paying premium prices and/or stay in this unit again.

Location is amazing! Restaurants and grocery all super close by, walking distance. Only major issue was parking. There is very limited spots, and our car was too large to fit into the garage. We drove a full size SUV to fit ski gear and toddlers, and our SUV could not clear the garage. Other than that, stay was great.

Perfect for a group of guys or girls who share the bedroom, but get their own bed. Sauna in one room was great.

Super location, easy in easy out to get into the snow. Convenient shuttle downtown, warm hot tub.
