Desirable Location, Directly Across Street From South Beach Access!!!

Needs new flooring in bedrooms and updated bedding & new furniture in living room

The place was fine. Harborview Rentals on the other hand was a different story.

Love the proximity to the beach! Wish poolWas a little more kid friendly for a pool day.. the sound restrictions and limiting usage of balls was a bummer. Carpet coils for sure be updated and bathrooms but otherwise perfect for our family .

Had a great week at this Seaview 2 bedroom condo. The location is ideal - an easy walk across the street to the South Beach public entrance. The complex pool was also a nice place to get some sun, right next to pickleball/tennis court. While the condo is a bit tired, and could use some updating (especially the carpet, and bifold closet/laundry doors), it is very clean and has everything needed. It's fully equipped with beach chairs, wagon, floats, toys, etc. Lots of towels and blankets, fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. Communication from Harborview Rental was fantastic. We rented bikes for the week, and rode everywhere on the island, loving dinner at Dolphin Tiki, CJ's on the Bay, and DiVinci's. Headed over to the Isle of Capri for dinner at the quaint, waterside Capri Fish House. We would definitely stay in the condo on a future trip.

The pool has recently been renovated and is good size. The condo itself is very nice but given a little more attention could be great. The kitchen really needs the most updates. All the appliances work, but are fairly old and the dishwasher especially should be replaced. The largest plates won't fit standing up and allow the spinner to move. The utensils, dishes, pots, and pans are old and need to be replaced. Many light bulbs were either missing or burned out with no replacements provided. There were only a handful of hangers. There's no TV in the 2nd bedroom. All the towels and sheets are old and need to be replaced. The furniture and decorations are nice. The beach supplies were many and in good shape. We were satisfied with everything for the week we were there but would probably look for a different unit next time until these issues were addressed.

The unit was comfortable and well furnished. Really good beach supplies also. The location of the condo is right across from the beach access for south Marco beach, which is outstanding. There were plenty of beach and pool supplies provided. The unit could be improved with black out curtains and replacement of older rugs.

We can’t wait to return to this property! Everything was perfect!!
