Nice place to stay with our family our kiddos.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, quiet and nicely decorated.

We thought the condo was in a great location in relationship to the strip, the kitchen was stocked for a long a term stay (loved the cast iron pan) and the condo was reasonable accommodations for the price. We would absolutely consider staying here again on next visit to Las Vegas!

Beautifully upgraded unit! The pictures do not do this place justice. Very convenient location and excellent owner. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be near the strip, rather than on it, to avoid noise and large crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for a cheer competition at the Orleans Arena. The location was great-grandfather easy access via car or ride share to the Orleans and the Strip. The unit looks exactly like the pictures (nice) and is equipped with everything you'll need. The setup works well for small groups. It has a designated parking spot right outside, if you rent a car. The only notable item was traffic noise- if you're a light sleeper, the traffic can sound loud because the unit (while remodeled beautifully) is older and still has original single pane windows. Also, the unit faces Tropicana Ave, so can be high traffic at times. Closing the bedroom doors at night helped with this issue and we barely noticed after a few days. I'd definitely look up this unit when I return to Vegas!

The condo its self was awesome. However we were told we would have access to the pool, there was no key. When I inquired as to the where to find it, I was told there was no key, it was in the mail and not expected till the next week. That didn't do us any good. We had planned to spend time each day at the pool. We were very disappointed. Something went wrong with the water heater the second day. I emailed the person responsible, he said to wait till it filled up. I knew that wasn't the problem. Needless to say, no one was sent to fix it. The condo was perfect in size for me and my 3 adult kids. It was very clean. Just no hot water was a major problem, and not being able to go to the pool.

My husband, my sister, her husband, and I came to Vegas for a wedding. We didn't want to stay on the strip, we wanted to all stay together, and I had to cook for the bachelorette party. This place completely exceeded our needs and expectations! Everything I needed to cook for 40 people was there, the place itself was absolutely top notch, stunning! I felt like I was at a 4 star hotel. The proximity to the strip was incredibly close, we only spent $15/day on transportation. I will absolutely be back soon!

Loved the remodel, right down to the details. So clean & comfortable! Easy to access & so nice to escape from the hustle and bustle of the strip. The owner was prompt in returning emails and gracious enough to extend our checkout time. Quiet location, as far as neighbors go. You could hear the traffic from the Avenue, but it wasn't terrible. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!
