This 3-bedroom home sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a full bath. There's also a half bathroom for guests. The living room has plush seating, a mounted TV, and a gas fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere during cooler desert evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, a breakfast table, and extras like a Crock-Pot, smoothie maker, and waffle maker. A separate dining table seats the group for meals together. The private balcony overlooks the community and includes a grill for outdoor cooking. The home has a washer and dryer in-unit, WiFi throughout, and garage parking for 2 cars plus driveway space for 1 additional vehicle. One small dog is welcome with prior approval. As part of the Desert Falls community, you have access to multiple sparkling pools with sundecks, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, a large clubhouse with a bar, and a challenging golf course with incredible mountain vistas. Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Garage and driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles total. Two cars fit in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entering the Desert Falls community. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. This home is equipped with one external security camera located at the front entrance, actively monitoring the front door.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the Desert Falls community in Palm Desert, known for its resort-style amenities and mountain views. El Paseo, often called the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, is a short drive away and features designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining. The McCallum Theatre is nearby for live performances. Downtown Palm Springs is a 25-minute drive and offers vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, one of the area's most popular attractions, is easily accessible for stunning mountain views and cooler temperatures at the top. The surrounding area is rich with hiking trails, horseback riding, biking paths, hot springs, golf courses, and spas.



Getting Around:

Palm Desert is located in the Coachella Valley and is easily accessible via Interstate 10. Downtown Palm Springs is approximately 25 minutes by car. The Palm Springs International Airport is about 20 minutes away. The area is best explored by car, with ample parking at most attractions, trailheads, and dining destinations.

    Myself, husband, son, and in-laws stayed at this property while my son played a tennis tournament nearby in Indian Wells. The location was perfect for our needs - we could get anywhere we needed to go in 15 minutes or less. Also, the neighborhood was perfect for long walks and outdoor running. We only used the nearby pool once, but it was nice when the sun went down. Getting in and out was typically pretty efficient and the unit itself had everything we needed and was light and bright with an updated kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

    Our family of 4, grandma and our small dog enjoyed Palm Desert with this home as our base. The home is well equipped and very tastefully decorated. It’s also very conveniently located to all local attractions and right across the street from a grocery store. The checkin and checkout process was easy. We recommend this property wholeheartedly.
