Stayed Jul 22, 2023Positive: Super close to the beach, big enough for my large family to enjoy without being in each others space, Quiet, peaceful. Plenty of bathrooms and the hot water stayed hot for all of us to shower. Negative:Refrigerator didn’t keep things cold enough, squeaky beds, lots of stairs, air conditioning upstairs kept shutting completely off and we would have to turn it back on constantly. Unfortunately, it would happen while we were out and by the time we got back and realized it, it was too hot for comfort.

Stayed Apr 25, 2023This facility was a perfect fit for 8 men on a golf outing. With the two queen size beds in each room it perfect place to house 8 golfers.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This place worked out great for our group. Plenty of room and accommodations were what we wanted. We had eight guys for a golf trip and there were enough beds to accommodate. Kitchen worked out as well.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022The condo suited our needs except for the two flights of stairs getting to the kitchen/living area. That wasn’t clear in the description of the property. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our week. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. Everyone at Thomas Properties was friendly and helpful.

Stayed Apr 28, 2022We really liked our rental except for a couple of things. One bedroom had very noisy beds. Someone dropped off a coffee table while we were out and the polyurethane smell was awful. We had to set in on the porch. While moving it we got some of the still wet polyurethane on our fingers. Otherwise worked very well for our group of 10 ladies.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great condo! Quite a few stairs but for a large family going there was plenty of room and the separation of the rooms couldn’t have been better. Quiet area. If you want the party scene this property doesn’t have it but great for family with kiddos!
