Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great until we received an email stating we owed $80 for missing pool bracelets. We did not take said bracelets and we were being charged for two more than were even provided to us. My husband received several phone calls about this and I emailed several times to clear this up. We were told well our cleaning people are trustworthy, so... which inferred we were not being truthful. After many more additional messages to the company we were informed it was a mistake and the unit in a different building had the missing bracelets, not us. There was not apology or consideration for the stress caused. Based on this, I would not return. Mistakes happen but first we were made to feel we were lying and then it required much effort on our part to rectify the situation and there was no apology or consideration for the misunderstanding
