The property was just as listed and better in person. We had 2 issues during our stay and after communicating about the issue they were both resolved quickly. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place, good location. We had 2 with special needs and the showers only opening on one side made it difficult.

We just stayed a week in this Condo and did enjoy the location, the 5th floor view from the balcony. We liked the furnishings and the unit was clean upon arrival. It is fairly well stocked to cook and the recliners (sofa and separate chair) were awesome to relax on. The kids enjoyed the separate beds and having their own bathroom. The washer and dryer is a big plus as nothing dries well in this humidity. I only give this unit a 4 star as there were some issues. Our king bed is so soft we had a hard time sleeping. It does have a mattress foam topper which makes it I believe even more soft and you just sink it. It was not comfortable at all and quite disappointing. Also within a couple of hours of arriving we discovered a sewage smell coming from the 2nd bathroom. We notified the property company right away and maintenance we sent but could not determine where the smell was coming from. We were given Febreze to help but it only does so much. A couple of days later we had them come out again as it was just getting worse and the kids were not amused and the smell kind of took over the whole place. Not something you want when you are on vacation and trying to relax. It could not be fixed or figured out and we ended up leaving a day early. Not the way we were hoping this vacation would go. Maybe this was something we just experienced and it was not related completely to this particular unit. It is a huge complex with 12 floors, it was pretty busy while we were there.

The condo was nice and clean however, when checking the master bedroom for bed bugs, we noticed multiple urine stains. Not sure how long they were there but called the property manager and got that sorted out with new mattress topper and professional cleaning. Not sure who says the bed is comfortable because it felt like I was sinking to the floor. If you like a firm mattress, beware of that. Other than that, the condo was nice. Good location and the living room furniture seemed new so that was nice.
