The condo is huge, clean, quite and beautiful. We spent two night there. Good memories! Strongly recommend!

The couch felt dirty. Also, the condos were empty the last night the condo above us had a running toddler and adults that walked like a herd of elephants. Not sure if that was an owner in the condo or a reservation. I would stay again if you could get on the top floor. The advertisement of pool is a tiny dipping pool.. We were charged for a pet and didn’t have one. Loved the security of the property. I would recommend the property just not the unit we stayed in. No real place to sit outside.

Great place to stay. Had a few hiccups upon check in to get into the location but the staff made sure to help us right away. Very easy to communicate with which always makes things better. It’s a short drive to the village and a walk to Canyon lodge. There is no balcony as listed on the title for this location but the large windows in the living definitely made up for it. Plenty of space for a family or two couple friends. We had a great time in Mammoth as always and we would definitely stay here again.

It was an easy walk to Canyon and the unit was set up to accommodate skiers/snowboarders.

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family and our dog. The short walk to Canyon Lodge plus being dog-friendly will keep us coming back over and over again. We have stayed in a couple of different Silver Bear units and this one is our favorite. The comfortable king size beds, and the layout makes it easy for all of us to sleep well. I have aged out of soft/lumpy mattresses, and this unit has one excellent mattress and one good mattress. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and crockpots, so we easily cooked big dinners. The condo is spacious, warm and friendly. This unit will be our first choice every time we come!
