Deluxe Condo with Pool View, Free Parking & Wi-Fi

Overall the property was nice. The children loved playing at the pool and the playground. The space and clean and roomy and the addition of the kitchen was nice. However, the kitchen wasn't fully equipped for 6 guests, and missing things like potholders. The sliding door was difficult to work, the TV has very limited channels, and the toilet was very annoying to flush. There were convenances that you don't want to deal with on vacation. The parking garage was awful to get around in, and there was usually a line to get in. The elevators in the building were slow and you could easily wait 10 minutes for one to arrive, to only fine it full of people and a longer wait for the next one. Again nothing major, but annoying. The beach was about a 2 block walk.

Noisy- construction starts at 900am, jack hammers etc. Dishwasher not working, no lights in lamps, no bulbs in vanity area. Shower head leaks more than it sprays. I do not have dark long and short hair. Gross. Communication poor and not able to get issues taken care of. I bought lamp bulbs and bathroom cleaner and vacuumed. Dresser, coffee table old, finished with cup circles rickety. Beds were coffee. I washed the sheets. Need TV instructions. Multiple commands hooks, holes in wall. Baseboards not finished in kitchen.

This place was walking distance to the beach. Great location and had enough room for a large family. We had a nice view of the pool.

Close to shops and restaurants. Free parking is a plus.

It was a great spot. Close to everything and most importantly is was clean!

The property is rented and managed through an organization. It wasn’t very well run. Check in kw st 4pm, but if you need something, it wouldn’t be delivered until later the next day late afternoon/early evening. they forgot to leave us soap and we had to wait until late the next day. None of the doors closed properly. The kitchen has almost nothing, so be prepared to buy lots. No plastic wrap or anything. Our stay was so so

Great location, minutes from beach. Shopping everywhere. Good food within walking distance. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Thanks for the stay!

Very nice little condo. Feels cozy, yet quite roomy for the three of us. It is well furnished for a comfortable stay. Balcony has great view of the pool and Diamond Head. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. It is as good as advertised. We had a good time and certainly would stay here again.

Enjoyed the condo itself, it was fine, but the surrounding building and property it was contained within desperately needs work and updating for the Waikiki neighborhood it’s located in. The outdoor pool and play area looks to have little to no attention on updates for years and does not reflect the highend neighborhood of Waikiki. The pool and spa provider are way too small for the number of units in the facility . Be aware of the additional fees not listed as it will be an additional 30%+ resort fees to stay in this location.

We knew of the Waikiki Banyan but were worried about staying in such a large condominium building. The fact that this unit is directly one floor above the pool helps it feel less like a high rise - if that is your preference. Also, great views of Diamond Head.

We could not have been happier with this condo!! A quick 5-minute walk away from Waikiki Beach and 15-minute walk from the shops - needless to say, the location of this condo was prime! The inside of the condo was just as pictured, incredibly clean, and well-stocked with all the household items needed. We picked this spot specifically for the kitchen, and it truly felt like we were at a home away from home. Our favorite part of the condo, by far, was the clear view of part of Diamond Head from our balcony. We could not get enough! A swift and easy check-in and just a wonderful stay in general, thank you to the hosts for an incredibly welcoming stay!!!
