Deluxe condo with in-room Jacuzzi, two fireplaces, & full kitchen

There were some decent amenities on the properties, but most were not included in the booking price such as the water park, mini golf, etc. Restaurants were decent and condo was clean, but hallways, lobby and elevators were always dirty.

Nice property, hard to find parking. Very dirty floors in main room and kitchen. All other experiences was very nice. We would stay again.

A clean and roomy venue to make memories.

The condo is really nice however it was dirty; the sinks, faucets and floors were very clearly not cleaned, the toilet rim had urine on it and one of the beds had a pubic hair on the sheets. I understand that things get missed but this many things tell me the place was not cleaned from one family to the next. I contacted Vacasa who said they would get back to me and never did. The shower curtain is old and gross, it costs a few dollars to put a new one in, this should be changed regularly, not saying after every stay but definitely a regular changing.

The condo was exactly as pictured, including the fact that there were only 3 chairs around the dining room table:) VERY spacious and the beds were very comfortable. As was the sofa bed according to my friend. The night we arrived, their app was having some trouble so we had to call to get our access code (and actually for help to find the exact building we were going to) and the phone was answered very quickly and each person I spoke to was VERY helpful. Also nice and quiet, we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. We didn't try the tub but I can tell you it is huge! Would be nice if it had additional comfy seating in the living room but again, you can see what is there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend! Really great first experience using Vacasa.

Clean, plenty of supplies, spacious, well keeped

Don't try to.make complete meals, as the kitchen barely has items. Incomplete sets, missing items such as tongs, etc.

The room was clean, but a very tight fit for 7 people. There is not enough closet and storage space for 7 people. The master bathroom has a pedestal sink and a tiny shower. The resort offers several amenities, but we were not allowed to use them because we booked through a private party. When you read through the amenities on the listing it states you can purchase passes to use the water parks and other amenities, but when we tried to buy them we were told we couldn't get them. You should definitely make sure the resort will allow you to purchase the passes before booking the room.

The condo itself was clean, but the main corridors and lobby were a mess. We constantly found trash in the halls and elevators and nothing looked like it had be vacuumed in days. We never found the wavepool and when we asked about it, Restaurants were decent. The living room furniture in condo was broken down and needs replaced.

We enjoyed the condo as it was spacious and perfect for our family. Unfortunately the resort was short on help so some of the slides were not open, garbage was overflowing and it wasn’t very clean. Lots of fun things to do in the area though.
