Stayed May 30, 2025We had a tough time getting in touch with the host when issues came up. I don’t expect constant communication, but it would’ve been helpful to hear back more quickly—especially since the A/C didn’t work properly for the first few nights. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it, but it was frustrating, and even after that, it kept resetting to 84 in the middle of the night.There were also a few cleanliness issues. One of the bed sheets was stuck together and didn’t seem fresh, and we found an old carton of strawberries left in a cabinet. The air vent was pretty dusty too—not a huge deal, but a bit surprising since the host mentioned using a cleaning service.Noise from the upstairs unit was also pretty noticeable during the day. It wasn’t during quiet hours and we didn’t complain, but something to keep in mind if you’re planning to work remotely or have kids who nap during the day.A few of the listed amenities weren’t there—no bidet, jetted tub, fireplace, or hair dryer. The place says it sleeps eight, but we only saw two beds and one air mattress. Also, we only had working A/C for about two of the five nights.This was my first time using VRBO, and unfortunately, it didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Just a one night on our way to Miami. Perfect for 2 couples and much nicer than saying in hotel rooms.
