Delightfully Spacious Gulf Front Beauty....

It was a great location, beautiful beach, and a spacious, well kept condo!

This property met our expectations from the listing, pictures, and previous reviews. We didn’t mind the firm beds and brought extra supplies. There are a couple of mold spots but I feel that’s pretty common in beach front rentals - but that’s the only reason for one star less in cleanliness. Otherwise it was clean. Price and location were great!

We absolutely loved the condo and everything about our stay. The twin mattresses could be replaced because they are pretty lumpy, but other than that we loved it! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

Let me start by saying the SeaSpray properties are nice, very quite, clean and mgrs are helpful. Pool area was very well kept and gated! Our problem was with the unit! None of the plugs worked in the bathrooms. Maintenance came after calling two days in a row. The WiFi half worked, we had to call the WiFi company to get help. The air is VERY hard to adjust, it’s touch screen… it half worked. The unit was not painted in some repair areas. One garage bag, one roll of toilet paper for each bath room. One load of washing powers that you have to use to wash your towels before leaving. One dish pod for the dish washer, for the load of dishes that have to be washed before you leave the unit. The ceiling fan in the living room can’t be used on high or it will fall. The light bulbs are out in almost all the rooms. The master bathroom shower area is VERY tiny, not as big as the pictures look. The twins beds in the one room are about to fall apart and leave NO room at all… you cannot get to the bathroom from the guest bedroom because the bed is in the way. You can barely open up the closet in the room with the twin beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. No problems in that area. The furniture on the balcony is VERY out dated. The chair cushions are awful and very dirty. The glass in the table is off track on one side and the black paint it coming off. The TV remote does not work in the master bathroom. ALL the beds are from HELL! They are rock hard. Oh… don’t kill yourself on the step that leads you to the balcony. But we had a good time at the beach, pool and hot tub. It was very quite and everyone was very nice. We will be back to seaspray but NOT to this unit. We made the best of it and made memories.

This is a very nice and spacious property, well maintained. Security around the premises is also very good. Our only comments would be to provide a bit more paper products. A very small amount is provided, which was not enough for a week. We also could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat, which appeared to be linked to a remote app of some kind. Also, it would have been nice to have the pool heated since we were there in early March. Overall, we would return to this property.

The property is very spacious, plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of kitchen space which many condos lack! The only issue we had were personal preferences...master bed is extremely firm so if you like a firm mattress then you're all set! The other beds were a little squeaky when you move but not terrible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the unit the week we were there.

Check in was great Cheryl was amazing!! This place was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. One thing we wished it had was grilling on the property instead of across the street but otherwise perfect.

Bed bugs!!! Management seemed understanding and gave a credit. However, it does appear that they would readily allow someone else stay before the problem was remedied. Beware!

Seaspray was a great place to stay! Quiet but close to the action. The condo was beautiful and clean. Looked over the pool and right on the ocean. Loved it and will definitely go back!
