The master bedroom provides a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom. A second full bathroom is access from the entrance hallway as well.

The dining area offers seating for six, giving everyone a chance to gather around the table and enjoy a nice meal. The fully equipped kitchen has a simple and efficient design with modern appliances making it easy for guests to feel right at home.

And of course, enjoy the outdoor seating on the back porch while taking in some of Seabrook's most stunning views.

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

    the kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine came in handy (especially for traveling with a toddler). we were able to do a pony ride at the equestrian center which was so nice to be so close. the patio was great to watch the sunset from.

    The unit was very clean. Nice updated kitchen,furniture in living room. Beautiful natural, unobstructed view. For a quick stay the amenities card was fantastic.We booked last minute for a quick staycation and logging in and downloading the 3 different apps was a bit of a pain for a short last minute stay. The unit was nice and we really enjoyed hanging at the beachfront restaurant! Perfect for a couple stay.

    The location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach! However, the kitchen sink was extremely clogged. The property manager sent someone over to fix it but it caused the whole place to stink, we asked they fix it when we leave, which they honored. In the middle of the day the day before we checked out the owner came inside thinking we had already checked out. That was strange! The dryer was full of sand and water. The dishwasher was leaking due to the sink being clogged. All the closets in the condo were gross and appeared to never be cleaned. Thankfully we brought sheets for the pull out couch because there were none. Overall I don’t think we’d ever stay at this property again.

    We wanted a small, yet comfortable place, waterfront, to spend several days. The home was clean, comfortable and had amazing views and access. Sunset happy hour was an event each evening! When a historic snow storm threatened to strand us on the island, property management ensured we were aware, gave instructions and accommodated our needs at checkout. Great experience!

    Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this Pelican Watch home. The sunsets every night were amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed daily walks there. Home was as advertised and would love to stay here again on a future vacation. The only thing I wish is that there was a place to eat on the island that didn't require an amenity card.

    Property was just as described, the view was amazing. Only thing that would make it better would be a full length mirror but other than that it was an ideal location. Great communication with host, it had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

    Loved our stay. Quiet, private and plenty of room. Pro's : large living quarters, easy beach access, quiet and beautiful scenery, very accessible nightlife, and perfect for a couple getaway. Con's : not many... water was very calm, so looking for waves, tough to find. The pool was nice, but you need to car/golf cart to the area.
