This cozy 2BR/2BA Steamboat condo is a skiers’ dream! Youre located just 150 yards from the slopes -- and have the convenience of skiing back to your building.

The Ski Inn Condos are the ultimate home base for a skiing vacation, and this cozy retreat is the perfect place to relax after a great day on the slopes. Head to the recently updated kitchen and whip up vacation-worthy meals for your group, then enjoy the onsite hot tubs and sauna. Après ski bliss!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The warm and inviting living room offers a comfy sofa and two plush armchairs. On chilly nights, snuggle up around the gas fireplace and watch movies on the 36'' smart TV.

Cook meals in the newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and oak cabinets. When dinner’s ready, bring steaming bowls to the dining table that accommodates a group of 6.

The condo has two bedrooms that sleep four guests total. Sweet dream await on a queen bed in the master bedroom, complete with a 27” smart TV and an en-suite master bath with a shower/tub combination. The spacious guest bedroom has two twin beds and a 20” smart TV. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

After a day on the slopes, head over to the clubhouse and enjoy the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gas grill and a communal area with gorgeous views of the mountains and gondola.

Take a trip into downtown for a leisurely afternoon of shopping. If you’re visiting during spring or summer, drive 10 minutes and enjoy scenic walks through flower-filled Yampa River Botanic Park.

Youre just a short distance to local restaurants. Walk 10 minutes to Truffle Pig for new American cuisine and an extensive wine list. Or walk 10 minutes and grab a table at the Gondola Pub & Grill -- a casual ski-themed eatery serving classic American breakfast and lunches.

    This property is in a great slopeside location. When we arrived for a weekend of skiing with a family of four, we were told the refrigerator was broken. We were assured they had attempted a repair and would check it in a couple of hours. They said they would provide a new fridge if it wasn't working. Instead, they all went home and left us with a broken fridge overnight. No maintenance people to help, no ability for vacasa to assist. Had to leave all the food in our car. Pretty inconvenient for the rates paid. Would not recommend as we have stayed many other places over the years without this sort of inconvenience. Vacasa never followed up either.

    The unit itself is outdated, but for what you need for a ski vacation, it was fine. What we liked most about staying here is that there was a shuttle service that you could call and they will take you where you need to go. It is a ski in/out location, just need to walk about 5 minute walk. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

    place is fine but rental company Turn Key rentals, completely unreasonable. Covid-19 ended our ski vacation the day we arrived, airlines and Steamboat both accomadating the unusual circumstances but not Turn Key Rentals. Do not use them and I never will again.     The property was clean, centrally located, and everything was in good condition. The issue is the specific unit backs up to the street and with the windows open, you hear the cars drive up and down. The unit did not have black out curtains only mini blinds that were no in perfect working order. People walking downtown sidewalk, can look into your condo. This is a bigger issue at night if you wanted to get dressed in your bedroom with the lights on; if someone walks by they can watch you get dressed through the mini blinds.     This is a great place, exactly as described. Kitchen was OK for three people to cook full meals. Beds, electronics, and furniture were all fine. No instructions on how to use the gas fireplace, but we didn’t need it. The ski in/ski out location was fabulous, and the hot tubs and laundry facilities were great. Excellent shuttle service to the transit hub and door to downtown. The whole property is very well-kept. Stairs up from the parking lot are a bit much, but probably no worse actually been climbing stairs up to the third or fourth floor of some of the other nearby condos.
