Stayed May 17, 2025Some buddies and I stayed here for a night while we were down fishing. Property was situated in a nice area and everything was well kept. Additionally, I requested a late checkout from the owner and the owner wqs prompt with their response and given the circumstance, was able to give us a late check. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024My 3 sisters and I had a great time! The property was great- it had everything we needed. Only downside was the pool wasn’t open. Said it was closed for inspection.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We enjoyed our stay here! Location is as great to the Marina and about 20 minutes from Sherman that has everything. It was quiet and in a nice little resort area which was great! There is a pool, a court, and volleyball net but we didn’t really have the time to check them out. It fit our family of 5 very comfortably! Would definitely stay here again!
