This mid-mountain, slope-side condo is located in the Arrowleaf community at Empire Pass in Upper Dear Valley. It features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1,500 square feet of living space. It is located just steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run, which is just above the Silver Strike Express High-Speed Quad lift, making it a true ski-in, ski-out unit.

This home offers high-end custom furnishings with two en-suite bedrooms, each with LCD televisions, a comfortable living room, dining table for six and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances including a Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The living room includes a leather pull-out sofa, cozy fireplace and additional seating. The patio balcony offers a good view of the ski run and surrounding mountain environment.

The Arrowleaf complex also offers guests three outdoor spas, two fire pits, and an outdoor grill area. You will also have access to a secure, heated underground parking garage for your vehicle. If you choose not to bring your own car, you can use the complimentary private Dial-a-Ride chauffeur service that will take you anywhere you want to go in the Park City area.

For your convenience, you also have your own ski locker, complete with boot dryers, in a heated locker room, right inside the Arrowleaf Lodge, which also includes a pool table, shuffleboard table, fireplace and reading area. Enjoy the convenience of stepping right outside your door, putting on your skis and heading down to the lift.

    Second year staying in this unit. Had a significant plumbing issue which was addressed and resolved after a couple days. Very convenient location. Easy ski in/out. Free transportation to/from PC. However, when I went to reserve for same week in 2027 (1 year out) I found out that the owner had already rented to someone else. So I found a better place in the bldg next door. Cest la vie!

    fantastic property, location can’t be topped. true ski in/skin out, with direct access from the porch. the inside is even nicer than the pictures, it has everything you could ask for. i highly recommend this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4.

    The apartment is gorgeus, beautifully decorated, nice furniture, spectacular kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location is amazing, you simply can’t be closer to the slopes, it is truly one step away of the snow. Easy check in and check out. Totally recommended!

    Perfectly situated on Silver Buck, Arrowleaf offers many amenities. The condo is clean and comfortable, but not necessarily luxurious. The unit is probably due for some refresh. The convenience, though, can’t be beat.

    Our stay at David’s condo was perfect. The location is unbeatable, especially if you have kids and want easy access to the slopes. The first floor location is very convenient to the ski lockers, lobby and garage. The unit was clean and quiet and stocked with everything you could need. The Empire Express shuttle was free, fast and convenient. We will be looking to stay again soon.
