Stay in the center of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley Resort! Located just steps from the ski lifts, dining, and boutique shops. This Deer Valley / Park City vacation rental is a comfortable, mountain-casual retreat for up to six guests, ideal for ski days, summer trails, and easy nights in.



After the mountain, kick off your boots by the stone fireplace or soak in your private hot tub on the covered deck. The living area is open and relaxed with big windows, plenty of seating, and an HDTV so everyone can unwind together.



The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and bakeware to cook and enjoy meals at home. Additionally, the house is stocked with utensils, mixing and serving bowls, dishes, and glassware, a coffee maker, and core pantry starters (salt and pepper). It’s simple to pull together quick breakfasts before first chair or a full dinner after après. The dining table seats six, with extra barstools at the counter for casual meals or keeping the cook company.



Both bedrooms are king suites with their own bathrooms and TVs, giving everyone privacy and an easy wind-down. A third full bath off the hall, plus a queen sleeper in the living room, adds flexible space for families or friends.



In addition to the private hot tub, guests have access to the shared heated pool and hot tub, secure underground parking, and a free on-call winter shuttle for Deer Valley and Park City’s Historic Main Street. The city bus stops nearby for simple, car-free days.



Good to know: sleeps 6; one block to Silver Lake Village; no air conditioning (typical for mountain homes—evenings are cool).



Roofing work is scheduled at the property during Spring/Summer 2026 and may cause intermittent construction noise during daytime hours.

This unit is on the first floor, noise is expected to be less noticeable than for units on higher floors.

    Wonderful condo in the heart of Deer Valley, but pretty dated. Could use some updating. Great underground parking, located next to elevator. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Located on ground level next to busy, main road.

    We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It is close to the lifts and 2 very nice restaurants. Park City is just a short drive. The property was beautiful and was just as advertised. I would stay there again.

    This property is old. Minor updating. Front door (to patio) will not open. No patio furniture. Old pool 3 lounge chairs. TV system with 3 remotes and no instructions. Kitchen equipment is old. Glasses ok. It is on the street and is noisy. Cannot recommend there are much better places to stay in the area.

    We enjoyed our stay at Blackbear lodge, the space was very nice, surprisingly the beds ( mattresses)) were great…. Very comfortable !! The Kitchen looked to be well stocked, we didn’t cook there as we spent the entire time out. We were visiting family, who were in the physical move of a brand new home. Two minor issues, I hadn’t noticed in the ad when choosing this location that it is under ground parking, if it is/was noted my bad !! we have a very large vehicle, we might’ve done something different. And our location was ground level, 20’ from the sidewalk and across from an intersection, the Hot tub which we were actually looking forward too was never used because of the above Issues, no privacy screens which was alittle surprising since a tub from another unit was 6’ away. We would definitely stay again, only requesting an elevated unit.

    Cozy clean property in a great location. It had everything we needed. Master mattress seemed new and quite comfy. Hot tub was easy to use and had fresh water in it. Great water pressure. Common room was very inviting and comfortable.

    The positive- great location, about a football field to and from the lifts. Very cozy decor. Very easy exit and entrance from the street. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Good gas fire place. Maintenance was very responsive to a clogged toilet. The areas in need of improvement- kitchen needs to be restocked, no baking sheet? Limited kitchen supplies. A very small investment would go a long way on this. The carpet needs to replaced as it has numerous stains and the showers need the grout cleaned so it can be free of mold. The internet was terribly unstable. It appears all the units in the building use the same provider with the same password. But this unit (108) doesn’t have an access point. So, you sign in to whichever unit comes up. Yes you get in but the internet is slow and unstable. This is very inconvenient for all the obvious reasons.In summary not bad for the cost considering the location. Some small improvements (kitchen supplies & better internet) would go a long way.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property! The kitchen was very well equipped, the sitting area is beautiful with a full wall rock fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after long days of hiking and fishing. It’s in a great location just outside of Main St., Park city. There is no air conditioning so we kept the windows open at night. Luckily the temperatures dropped enough to cool it down somewhat. A fan for the master room would be really helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

    The rental in Black Bear Condos was perfect for us. It was nicely equipped and the right size for a family of 4. Added plus was the hot tub.. Used it at least 2 times a day.. Deer Valley is absolutely beautiful this time of year. The condo was easy to access and the ITrip instructions were right on the money. We will definitely be back.
