Après-ski is easy, with cozy dining and lounges nearby . In summer, the village transforms into a hub for hiking, biking , golf, and outdoor concerts.

For more adventure, take the free shuttle or a short drive to historic Main Street Park City, home to galleries, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants.

Getting Around

A car is optional thanks to the prime location. Walk across the street to ski lifts, dining, and shops, or use the free shuttle for easy access to Main Street and beyond. If you bring a vehicle, you’ll have one reserved space in the heated garage .

Private Hot Tub: Brand new and available year-round. Please follow care guidelines.

Parking: 1 reserved garage space. Limited guest spots available.

Community Amenities: Pool, hot tub, gym, and ski valet included.

A/C & Heating: Heated for winter; no central A/C, but cool mountain evenings keep summers comfortable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 60 days before check-in for full refund (minus 4% fee).

House Rules: Please respect quiet hours, HOA rules, and no smoking/pets.

Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
