You can’t beat the location being in the White Mountains near shops, restaurants, and hikes with the added amenities of Deer Park. The highlight is the beautiful lake perfect for a summer stay!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We had a great time during our stay. The proximity to the indoor pool, beach and stream made this wonderful for our young family. The unit was clean and we were thankful for the ac on the 90 degree day we had. The kitchen has most of the basics but was missing measuring cups and grill tools etc if you plan to cook. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 29, 2024Our friends just bought a condo at Deer Park, so we wanted to go for the weekend to check it out. It was perfect for our needs & fit our family of 3 kids fine. It was in a really good location, right across from the clubhouse & the river was in the back. It’s a beautiful spot.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The apartment was a good size and very clean.The beds were comfy, the showers were powerful and hot, and added bonus of washing machine and dryer, even detergent. The apartment has lovely views overlooking trees and a small river, the resort itself was nice.
