Property was great. Large bathroom. Amenities were nice with hot tubs. Would recommend.

The unit was in good condition and a nice size. We liked the full size kitchen and bathroom. The shower with double heads was very nice. Unfortunately, the week we picked to come for our wedding was the busiest week of the year. The town and resort were overcrowded with people. Getting around was almost impossible. I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. I sat around for a bit waiting to get into it. Every floor in the resort was covered in water and snow from the skiers and the staff wasn’t even tried to clean it. There’s one road leading to the resort and every day at 4pm, the road got backlogged with cars. The road is only a mile long but gps said over an hour just to get down to Main Street. We had to cancel dinner reservations with family the first night because we were stuck. My wife and I ate at the resort restaurant, Sevens, instead. It was very overpriced and the food was not good. The pools and hot tubs were busy, and there were kids in the 21 hot tub which was annoying. Lastly, I asked for a late checkout at noon the day I checked in. Normal checkout time is 10am which is abnormally early for a resort. I agreed to pay the 50 fee to checkout at noon. Come 10am, we had housekeeping banging on our door and the front desk calling. Since they woke us up, that kind of defeats the purpose of a late checkout. I told the front desk I expected the fee to be waived. They did agree to this. Overall, the unit was great but the complex brought my rating down.

We love this property and this condo was no different. The kitchen is well stocked, it is nice to have a large table, the pull-out couch is comfier than most, and the bathroom is large. We also love having a dryer to ensure ski clothes are nice and warm. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

No issues, easy to check in/out. Had a great time. The resort is fantastic. Pools and out door hot tubs really make it!

Well appointed, comfortable beds (even the pullout), amazing amenities to take advantage of, shuttle service option to town, close to Gondola into Breckenridge and Peak 8, a couple of expected minor maintenance issues that were promptly taken care of within an hour with a simple phone call, concierge was super helpful prior to arrival and owner was helpful beyond words and super easy to work with! No glitches from arrival to departure!

Good experience overall once we finally got checked in. The Front desk did not have my name in the system and would not allow me to register. Luckily I was able to contact the owner of the unit on the phone to get them straightened out otherwise I would have been screwed. I left my family in the car while I was trying to get us checked in. What should have taken 5 minutes took almost 40 minutes. Not a great way to start off. Also I requested a rollaway bed and they did not have that request in the system either. Other then that it was a nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lodge on Peak 7. The property was perfect for or family of 4 (2 children ages 14 and 12). Owner is a class act and hope to rent from him in the future as we had a great time.

Stayed over New Years weekend. Property clean and new. Lodge staff very friendly. Owner was professional and responsive. Kids loved the many outdoor heated pools and slide, wife loved the spa. Fun game room and DVD rentals through red box were bonus. Ski lockers were great, large enough for skis and boots (if creative with stacking). Lift access right out the back door of lodge. One bedroom condo seemed bigger due to layout, plenty of space for family of four. New kitchen appliances and large dining room table. Private movie theater rooms need to be reserved, they fill up fast. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great time at Breckenridge. Stayed at Grand Lodge at Peak 7. The resort itself is very nice. The staff responded to our needs promptly. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and a lot of fun for kids; Outside jacuzzi was very refreshing as well; Our family dined at the 7 restaurant 3 times and food was very good. The restaurant had a nice wine selection as well. The suite itself was very spacious with a nice sized kitchen and dining area. Everything was very clean. Humidifier was also available which helped us a lot due to altitude and very dry air in Breckenridge. I will gladly return to Grand Lodge again in the future.
