DBR True Oceanfront 3'rd Floor King Suite, private balcony, spectacular views!

Great weekend stay at Angie and Greg’s property. Was a little hesitant at first because the property reviews for Daytona Beach and Resort Convention Center are not the best. However, this property has individual owners, and this property has owners that truly care about guest experience. The place was really really clean and secure with a special padlock with code. Also, free parking and access to the beach which was beautiful and clean. Great location- grocery store and all yours needs just a walk across the street. We will be back soon. Thank you

The owners of the condo were phenomenal very easy to deal with the conduit self was very nice well kept the property itself doesn't have much to offer other than a pool as far as I'm concerned in the pool wasn't really all that clean the outside one anyway this place could be a little gold mine but it's just been neglected for too long but I would recommend the owners of the condo to deal with a 100

the host were great and the amenities were open, except for the restaurant, but they are working on that. the view was amazing and loved the private balcony and the condo is very quite didn’t hear your neighbors at all even at the busiest daytona 500 weekend. second time here.

It was a great stay. The studio is beautiful but the view is amazing!! The owner was wonderful even calling to make sure everything went well for our stay. We would be happy to stay again go out next couples getaway.

The greatest VRBO experience I have had thus far! Greg and Angie were so accommodating and the VRBO was simply gorgeous. The morning view of the sunrise.. *chefs kiss*. 10/10 will be back!

The property was exactly as described. It had all we needed. Minimalistic enough to keep us in, but with all the conveniences we needed not to look elsewhere.The location of the condo is right on the beachfront, with amazing views during the day, and a breathtaking sunrise that wakes you gradually to a clear blue sky.Angie (the owner) was very thorough with the communication and instructions. At one point, I thought we've locked ourselves out, and she was quick to call to check and troubleshoot to get ourselves in. No problems with the locks, just a little patience from my end. :)The locations was PERFECT! We went for Bikefest - it was far enough from the hussle-n-bussle to have some quite time, but close enough for us to ride for a quick 5 minutes to the middle of the event.All in all, we are extremely satisfied and will be going back again!

The condo was very nice for a week long trip to Daytona Beach! The balcony with ocean views was a great feature.

Nice unit and great location. Property amenities were all closed making the walk to the beach around the building kind of long. Also, half the elevators out of service and the empty green pool left quite a few mosquitoes on the balconey...hard to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise. Would book again when pool is clean and beach entrances are open.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean great mattress; perfect view from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Even with all the renovations that were going on it didn’t distract us from our stay.

My wife and I have stayed at Greg & Angie's unit twice before and we are always pleased with our experience. Checking in is very easy, communication with them has always been top-notch, and the unit itself is immaculate! We will definitely be staying again sometime next summer. We've been informed the the pools, parking garage, and other amenities are planned to be up and running by then. Fingers crossed!

The condo is exactly as it is described. Super clean, quiet and any questions we had were answered very prompt. The bed was very comfortable! Some of the most beautiful sunrises you will ever see! Walking distance to several delicious restaurants. Angie was so helpful and such a pleasure on the phone!

The condo was perfect for us. Third story view of the beach so we could take pictures and walk on the beach every morning. The unit was super clean, decorated nicely and close to many attractions.

Everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. The only things we wish we had was a working pool and/or beach chairs and an umbrella, although you could rent them for 50/day on the beach. Unfortunately the pool was damaged during the hurricane so there was no access during our stay. Maybe one suggestion I might have would be for the owner to provide these during the stay. Everything else was perfect and we will definitely stay there again. Great walks on the beach every morning and great location. Also, super clean and everything you could ask for in the kitchen…A.

This place was cutely decorated in nautical style. The sunrise views on balcony are spectacular. Bed was super comfy

The area was quiet and there is a fabulous restaurant just across the street along with Publix grocery store. We did have to park across the street but it wasn't a big deal at all and we knew that at booking. Cute condo, perfect for 2. We'll be booking again!

I was looking for a place to go and relax for a few days and bam this was perfect. From receiving a phone call from Angie the day before I left to remind me of the pool not available to parking it was amazing. The room was perfect so absolutely clean! So clean lol and the building itself was clean. The balcony was amazing and the beach beautiful. Perfect location, Walgreens across the street and restaurants all over. I will definitely be back!

When i booked i wish Vrbo would've told us that all the pools, bar's and other stuff was closed . Uor room and view was beautiful

The suite was just as pictured and described. View from the balcony was amazing……the beach and ocean are just a few steps away. The property owners were such a delight to work with.

Room was clean and very nice. The bed, pillows and towels were very comfortable. The oceanfront room had an excellent view of the ocean and the location had everything you needed within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication we had with the owner. They made the whole process very easy. It was a great getaway for my wife and I.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 3rd floor condo. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking apparatus and utensils, even a crock-pot! Coffee maker is a k-cup/full carafe combo. King size bed slept very comfortably. Power recliner is a plus. Sofa table has a top that rises to serve as an table too. Large flat-screen TV has built-in Roku. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating!

This condo is the best. It has a beautiful view. It has a comfortable couch and a recliner. Perfect for reading and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. Great hosts.

Very clean and well designed place

The room was extremely clean and had all kitchen amenities I needed. The view from this oceanfront room is amazing, and it’s located pretty centrally to any kind of shopping or dining you may desire. The owner was very forthcoming about the issues with the pool and parking, but I was there for the ocean and didn’t mind that the pool wasn’t available at the time. It was quiet at night, and I’d definitely stay again

We really had a great time in that beatiful condo. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Greg and Angie are really great hosts. I forgot to pay the second payment and when I tried I was not able to proceed on vrbo website. I sent messages to Greg and he responded quickly and even sent me a manual payment that fixed the problem. It was my first experience with vrbo and with hosts like them I surely use it again.
