Daytona Condo w/ Community Pool, Walk to Beach!

I booked this property based on positive reviews and was not disappointed. It's immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for an extended stay. I work remotely, so a quiet, comfortable place for my office set-up was essential. Internet connection is high-speed and stable. This property fit my requirements perfectly. This is in the best area of the beach - it's mostly residential with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including may local favorites. The building is on the corner of A1A and Emilia approach, which means you can drive and park on the beach north of Emilia or enjoy a traffic-free zone south of Emilia. Check-in/Check-out is easy, the owner is a great person and easy to reach. You're going to have a great experience booking this property :) This is now my go-to choice for every visit in Port Orange - highly recommended!

Very nice place

The place was well priced, clean, and conveniently located on a quieter end if the strip. The beach access was right across the street.Check in was not as smooth because we had not received an email with instructions prior to the day of arrival. We ended up contacting the property management and there were several steps to take in order to gain access to our apartment. Given a long day of travel it felt daunting. But the property management company did walk us through everything even though it was later at night.

We had a really great time, and enjoyed that this condo was only a 1 minute walk to the beach. There is a closet full of everything you could possibly need for the beach! The pool and laundry room were clean. The condo itself was also very clean and smelled nice. My only suggestion would be that it might be time to replace the shower head in the master bath.Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

This was a great condo for two couples or a small family. There were some cleanliness/maintenance issues upon arrival, but the guest contact was helpful and understanding. The walk to the beach is just across the street and the pool was a great place to cool off! It was definitely a more adult friendly condo. It is a very residential area so if you are looking for excursions or lots of extra activities I would recommend staying a little more north. Overall we had a great trip and the condo was worth the price!

Quiet and enjoyable

The condo was clean, secure, and convenient. We had an excellent stay!!!

The place is clean, nicely updated, safe and right across the street from the beach access. The beach had a safe shallow area for small children during high tide, so that was a nice surprise for us. The beach has a very large sand area so there's plenty of space. There's also good options for shade in the afternoon due to the buildings. The unit had everything we needed and the price was right. We relaxed and had a great time together as a family.
