Stayed Aug 28, 2025good location BUT the unit was dirty, smelled of mold. It had old food dripping from oven rack, a sour smelling refrigerator, mold in main bath room shower, and bathrooms that smelled like an outhouse. Sheets that were threadbare wrinkled and dirty. The floor had stains in a line as if a garbage bag was dripping on the way out. Old sheets crumpled on floor in closet

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Before our trip, we were trying to figure out logistics - Vacasa had some really confused customer service reps who told us that the closest parking was 20 minutes away. It took several back & forth to figure out that we could park right in front of the unit. Overall, things were very charming and nice with some points that clearly needed a bit more maintenance. We would have enjoyed having a few more mugs and towels so that they don't all need to be cleaned immediately. The GFCI electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom kept popping, cutting the lights. The en suite main floor bathroom sink as well as the upstairs tub had trouble draining. The unit could use a foot rinse tub so that beach users don't track sand into the unit. When we arrived, there were no garbage bags, so we had to purchase our own. There were not enough dishwasher pods. The grill on the deck needed a cleaning, and didn't work. The pillows were old and mostly used up. However, these are all shallow issues, and with a touch of care this place could be amazing. The view is stunning, the location is awesome (we walked down the beach with the kids to go into Glen Arbor), and in spite of some of the maintenance issues, it was a sweet and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The size, location, and views of this condo are fantastic. The amenities are lacking given the price of this unit. Kitchen and bathrooms were state of the art in 1990 and could use some TLC.

Stayed May 30, 2024The condo has a lovely view of Lake Michigan, and is well appointed, although bathroom lighting over the mirrors could sure use an update. A little explanation that the number for #25 takes some searching would be helpful. (A kind neighbor explained the numbering on the three stories for us, and that we could park in the 25 slot The key takes a little creative persuasion to work well in the door (maybe just too many copies) but I figured out how to back it off by about an eight of an inch and it opened. The repairs and construction on the balcony and building exterior detracted from the peace and quiet of an early season stay, but workers did a great job cleaning up after daily shifts. Hauling gear up those three flights can be a bit of a workout, but that's probably the tradeoff for a great view. We couldn't find any dishwasher pods and were confused by the garbage instructions, as we were trying to figure out whether or not garbage is picked up every day (and never found the green tote for recycling. Minor things--just wanted to mention. Overall, a very pleasant stay, except for the pounding and sawing, and even so, sunset on the first day was worth the adventure.

Stayed May 16, 2024The view and location can’t be beat! Kitchen has all the tools you could need, WiFi works really well, and lots of space for your family. Ample parking. Be prepared for three flights of stairs to reach the condo, outdated but functional bathrooms, and all the basics provided.
