Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had a great time and I would say that the property is great when it's great. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew left dirty linens, used razor and moldy tub walls for our arrival. Also the unit was left unlocked from the entry and the Back door side as well. On a much better note, we had an immediate response to the issues when we provided pictures of the issues. They offered to re-clean the unit but by that time we were already in and there was not convenient time for us to be out of the unit for our two day stay. I think we would stay here again but I would suggest having a property manager check behind the cleaning crew to eliminate any issues.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We came on a girls weekend to celebrate one of us turning 40. It is so close to everything! Dollywood is right around the corner and the main strip is just around the other! I will definitely come back with my family in the future!
