The open living area is bright, breezy, and welcoming, featuring a comfy seating area, flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private Gulf-front balcony, where sunrise coffee or sunset wine is always better with a sea breeze.
The dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar seats two more, perfect for sharing meals, playing cards, or chatting about the day’s adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinetry, a dream for any home chef or snack enthusiast.

Peaceful Bedrooms & Serene Sleep
• The master bedroom is a relaxing retreat, offering a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access through sliding glass doors. The ensuite bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after a day on the beach.
• The guest bedroom is perfect for family or friends, with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
With plush carpet in the living room and both bedrooms, and wood flooring throughout the rest of the unit, every step feels like comfort.
