The property was clean and well supplied! Although a studio a full sized bathroom with tub. Very roomy

It is the most complete vacation venue I’ve ever stayed. Very comfortable and very clean too! Just perfect.

The condo was super clean and equipped with anything we could possibly need. The location is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. And our host went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Visited for a work trip. The place was perfect. I didn’t know where to find the bed clothes but found them by looking through drawers. Will be back.

Great place for two adults. Beautiful view of beach, but it was kind of far for a walk in the heat (although we did it-multiple times). Beach property was lovely; crowded, but no more than an average beach day in July. We will definitely look to return.

Everything was great. Just wish there would have been ice cubes when we arrived but that was an easy fix.

The Inn at Seacrest was just perfect for my adult daughter and me to get away for the weekend! It was appointed with everything you'd need (and more), and the Murphy bed is genius in terms of providing extra space and making the bed vanish during the day! We really enjoyed the view, the pool, and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. I will, however, echo what a couple of other reviewers said about making the super short drive to Inlet Beach vs finding a foot of beach at the Seacrest access area. We walked down the afternoon we arrived, took one look, and turned right back around. Just way too many people for our comfort level. Overall, a great location, away from the madding crowd of Rosemary, well kept, clean, easy to access. Highly recommend!

Great location to walk to shops in Seaside and market in Rosemary Beach. Property was clean and quiet. Large pool area was nice. This is a good value overall. Also close to Panama City Beach if you choose to visit. Highly recommend going to Inlet Beach. It’s a public beach that is very pretty with rolling sand dunes. Parking is plentiful and easy. NOT CROWDED. We spent the week there versus fighting for a spot with the beach chair companies in the designated beach access for this unit. Would stay in this unit again.

This was a perfect situation for my stay in Rosemary. The unit was convenient to everything and just right for a 3 night stay.

With quite a few choices at this property a couple of things tipped the scale. First was price and the refund policy. Second was the 3rd floor middle of the building. And best of all was the Murphy bed!! It was great to have extra room when not sleeping. And a peak of the Gulf was great. I highly recommend this condo. Cheryl was helpful and there was a whole book with information, from some history to places to go and help with restaurants. Location could not be better,. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are within walking distance. Both areas were very crowed when I was there. Spring break ( I think ) families and lots of kids on bikes, so the peace and quiet of 306 was perfect!
