This 650 square foot condo features an open living room with a large LED Smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets withstainless appliances. The bedroom has king bed and another Smart TV. Wifi included.



***In preparation for the FIFA World Cup, the City of Kansas City MO is doing road construction occurring in the front of the building. The building can still be accessed. There could be potential for noise during business hours.

Getting Around:

If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare and taxi options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a nearby stop.

• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.

• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
