Stayed May 27, 2025Dirty dishes put in cabinets, need better silverware setup, need spoons, shower head was never repaired after reporting it was missing. Freezer cleaning was missed. Photos below

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Second year at this house. Our family loves it. Super convenient to beach and Seaside. We have multigenerations staying there and there is plenty of space for everyone. Grown-ups eat inside and kids eat outside where we can see them on the deck. Property manager is super on top of any need or glitch which is bound to happen.

Stayed Jun 28, 2023This property is in a great location. You can walk to the beach each day and there is a gas station super close too. It’s close to a Publix grocery store as well. The unit itself could use a few updates.. the door handle fell off as soon as we arrived but we managed and still had a great time. The decor was pretty interesting too. Overall its a good spot to stay and a short walk to the beach. I’d probably stay here again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect, as it is across the street from a public beach access. The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher. The development has 2 pools and a laundry (coin) area which was very convenient. Close to Grayton Beach, tons of restaurants, and there's a Publix nearby.
