The Sails II is located on the North end of town, about half a mile from the North Side Park that has many outdoor activities. This one bedroom one bath condo is oceanfront with a limited view of the ocean with a large private balcony. Sails II 102 is on the first floor, so feel free to take the stairs. Central air, washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car and a lobby with two elevators and carts to help you unpack your car. The master bedroom with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks and has an attached bath and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Also features two flat screen tv's and WIFI.
