This spacious 1,100-square-foot second-story condo is warm and inviting with southwestern décor, laminate flooring, soft rugs, an electric fireplace, and a large dining table for leisurely meals around the table. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped with all the essentials you need on vacation. A small balcony is a quiet spot for morning coffee, picnic lunches, and evening sundowners. A chance to breathe the fresh Sedona air.



This unit boasts two comfortable master suites, a king and a queen with seating areas, plush linens, ample closet space, and showers in the en-suite bathrooms. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. A modestly priced unit and a great value for your stay in Sedona!

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Need Hoa form for Guest Arrival - See Guest Directory for the form to fill out & deliver to the Hoa office in the clubhouse near the pool. 



The community pool is seasonal, the community hot tub is open year-round. Tennis and pickleball courts are located in the center of the complex and are open from dawn til dusk.



Guests can park in the appointed covered parking spot near the Condo.



Water heaters are located in a central boiler room that only the onsite maintenance man has access to - call Dan.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

    Very nice condo to relax in, and it is very close to major outdoor hiking opportunities, shopping and the town of Sedona. Comfortable and nicely decorated unit. It is upstairs, so be aware of that for accessibility. Just down the block is a grocery store. Nice to be able to cook in the well appointed kitchen. We also took advantage of the laundry set up.

    The apartment had comfy beds and was clean. It was well stocked and the management company was easy to communicate with. The only disappointment was the hot tub experience, as it was often packed with 20 people at times, and there were always kids at the pool or in the hot tub. One night the hot tub wasn't hot enough so we soaked for 5 minutes. I wouldn't stay here for the hot tub, but it was otherwise a very nice stay. It's also worth noting that the owner has a camera door bell and closely monitors it, so be aware if checking in early or bringing additional guests without permission.

    Nice condo, well appointed and close to the grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. We appreciated the electric fireplace since the weather was cold, we had snow, the area was beautiful!We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

    The VRBO was amazing, very comfortable, and so clean, kitchen well stocked and so much extra linens. It was really great to have to have the 2 bedroom 2 bath for me and my friend. The location is super, so much to be able to walk to in the Village of Oak Creek.

    Condo was very well located just outside Sedona. The location was perfect with a grocery store and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Unit itself was fantastic! Very comfortable and cozy for a family stay. Owners have done an amazing job stocking the unit with everything you could want or need. They have even labeled everything to make settling in easy. Would love to come back the next time we find ourselves in the area.

    We enjoyed staying here for our girls weekend. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook instead of go out to eat every meal. Very nice place in a good location
