This cute, condo has a beautiful living area and separate den with a sleeper sofa. You can walk to downtown Greenville, or Bon Secours Arena in minutes. You will be across the street from Fire Forge Brewery and around the block from YeeHaw Brewing. Outside your front door is a gorgeous courtyard where you can enjoy your coffee and quiet mornings. You will love staying here. Please note there is a 30+ day minimum stay requirement, so this condo is not available for short-term rentals. The condo has wi-fi and a desk so it would be perfect for corporate rentals, or executive housing. We are new to VRBO but we are working hard to make sure you love our condo and your stay in Greenville.
