Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Absolutely perfect unit. Great views and loved the lower floor unit. The elevators were fairly quick and comfortable. If I had any suggestion it would to update the TV in the living area to a smart TV as most folks like to use their own streaming services. However the TV's in the bedrooms were. Absolutely will stay there again.

    The enclave condo was nice however, when we arrived we were told parking was first come first serve and the security said she didn’t have to give us passes. This was not as described and made it stressful to leave the condo. The nearest parking was over two miles away and 25 a night. This is an ISSUE!! It is not in the description so beware!! She said all condos are like that. NOT TRUE! I’ve been to many many condos and this is not as common as she said. If the parking was fixed, it would be four and five stars.

    This was a beautiful and clean condo! It is very updated and everything in it was comfortable and worked well. We had one issue and the property manager came very quickly to address it. We loved this condo!

    It was a beautiful place. The beach was great. Could have had warmer weather but we can’t control that! Two things to make it better would be smart tv in living room. We could stream our U Tube tv only in bedroom. The chairs at dining room table needed to have sliders on them they were extremely noisy when moving. Sounded like a reach on chalk board.

    We were thrilled with the condo location, large deck with a breath-taking view and quiet stay on the property. The cleaning fee for what we experienced was high. We found floors not properly swept and mopped upon entry. Friendly suggestions for future stay - especially for guests that fly verses drive. Hand soap at kitchen sink, extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for short stay people, salt/pepper shaker for home meal prep, small stack of beach towels and coffee filters. Although your information on check in, what items you had, I assumed a few things in the kitchen and small conveniences would be present. I would book this property again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you.

    Needed some time to getaway and relax. Wonderful spot for it. Comfortable bed, great views. Fabulous porch to sit out on. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. Had an issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of within a few hours. Good communication the whole time from booking through check out. Would definitely recommend. Wwithin a few hours

    Crystal Shores West 204 was an adorable, very clean property. We enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun at the beach. Beachball rental properties was excellent with all communication regarding our stay. They were the best rental company we have used! The only complaint is the master bed was not comfortable, however this is something that varies as different people have different preferences regarding bedding. We would definitely use Beachball properties and stay at CSW again.

    We enjoyed our trip very much. I was a little disappointed as the unit was a little bit run down and needed some updates. Especially the floors throughout and bathrooms. Loved the decor though. Response to needs was good and maintenance got things done quickly. Check in and out was simple and quick.
