Nice layout, with a great balcony and really awesome view! The bunk bed setup was really nice for our 3 kids. The pool and hot tub, as well as the game room were a nice addition.

This condo is the perfect location and it's so close to the sand! The condo was clean and everything was in excellent working order. I will definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach was wonderful. That was the primary reason we chose this property. The bed was quite firm, and would benefit from a memory foam mattress topper. I get why owners choose a firm mattress for longevity purposes, but it was uncomfortable (note - we did not use the bunk room so have no comment on those). Huge plus - the management company, Prickett, was FABULOUS! Anytime we had a question, they replied promptly, even after hours on the weekend. We had a question about parking passes that I emailed them about after 9 pm on a Saturday after we checked in. They answered within minutes. When I let them know that the coffee pot was missing a piece, they answered immediately and offered to order another coffee maker (which we declined, I just told them I wanted them to be aware of it so they could remedy it for the next guest.) The only other negative is that the knives provided could use some sharpening. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or appliance you would need. The balcony furniture was lovely - chairs, lounger, and chairstable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening relaxation out there. Bonus for this location is that you can see and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. Grocery and restaurants nearby are plentiful. There is a coffee shop within half a block walk, hubs loved the coffee. Overall, nice relaxing place to stay.

Condo 505 was very clean, well stocked, and in a wonderful location with great amenities. We especially appreciated how quickly maintenance responded when the dryer stopped working — it was fixed right away. A few small upgrades would make the stay even better, such as stronger WiFi, TVs equipped for streaming, and a few extra throw blankets. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and a nice home base for enjoying Gulf Shores.

I had to leave a day early because my knee was hurting so bad from walking up and down the stairs. My daughter had to come back she has an autoimmune disease hs. She got a bad infection on her leg from the walking up and down. And the washing machine needed maintenance and my family stayed and got woke up an hour and half before checkout and they changed the code before checkout time. Anyway worst vacation I’ve been on ever people were getting money back from the inconvenience but I’m not getting any response back.

You can't beat the location of this condo. You are just a few steps from the beach. The condo itself has everything our family of four needed. Chairs in the living room and dining room could use cleaning and paint touchups would go a long way too. But nothing that was too much of an eye sore for a beach rental.

Property was just as advertised. Property was clean easy to get to, great location, friendly property staff! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to all the happenings. The condos furniture could use updating.

We enjoyed our stay. With flying in, it would have been nice to have had some beach chairs available.

It was a perfect location for us. It is also quite spacious with a very nice balcony. Furniture is also very nice.

Overall the place is good! I loved having access to the porch from the master bedroom. The master bed was comfy enough. The view is absolutely perfect! Having a washer and dryer inside the condo is very convenient. There are multiple options for making coffee (kuerig and coffee pot). The walk to the beach is very quick, which was one of the things I wanted! We were grateful for the covered parking as we unloaded our car during a storm!! I don’t have many complaints about the actual condo. We would’ve liked to have a little dish soap and scrubby. I wish there had been rugs. There was not one anywhere. It felt like we were walking on sandy tile all weekend. Yes, there was a little sand leftover from previous tenants. We were not provided conditioner in both bathrooms, but I suspect that was a mistake that would have been fixed if I had cared enough to communicate it. As far as the building itself, I did not like walking through the parking deck to get from the pool to the beach access gate, having re-enter the code each time, putting on and taking off shoes each time as well. The pool was a nice size for the amount of guests that were there in September. During summer months, I imagine it would not be large enough. I was sad there wasn’t any umbrellas out there, for shade. These things were minor and we definitely enjoyed our stay, but it gave me some things to consider next time I’m searching for a beach condo:)

Overall great experience. Quick access to beach with amazing views. Very responsive with issues.

Loved the location and size of the condo. There were a few negatives though. Was not very clean, sand all over the floor and dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Also had a terrible smell that caused us to purchase air fresheners to stand it. There were no sheets on the 2nd bedroom bed, the WiFi is not good at all.
