***PLEASE NOTICE- Beginning October 12, 2026 Crystal Shores West will be starting their Breezeway deck restoration project. This project is estimated to last until the end of November 2026. During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. This WILL cause disruption to guests staying at the property. Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    This unit was perfect. It was exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, including a pizza pan and cutter. We spent all of out time on the beach, so I'm not sure how enjoyable the pool and spa are. The pool is divided into an inside and outside pool via hanging plastic separators. I thought this was a good idea, that I've never seen before. The gym was nice and overlooks beach. We did play a few games of pool one night and had a great time doing so. One downside is the freezer units do produce ice, but there wasn't much in there our entire stay. Ice isn't available on the property, so you will need to purchase a bag off site it needed.

    Property was clean and comfortable! Loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony every morning. Nice having washer and dryer after beach days as well. Parking pass was confusing, you receive 2 passes but they are not reserved spots so you can park in any spots with a reserved plaque on wall. We will definitely be back!

    We loved every bit of our stay and the condo was amazing. The condo is super clean and consisted of all the cookware we keep at home making our stay even better as we have a child with severe food allergies limiting our dine out opportunities. The beach view was one of a kind as every morning we would have our coffee on the balcony and spot dolphins in the water. Highly recommend this condo and would book here again!!
