Stayed Dec 18, 2025The refrigerator did properly keep our food cool and the freezer did not make ice. We had to purchase two bags of ice and use a cooler. And not providing more that one role of toilet paper for eight days was not convenient. The communications appeared to be threatening. The view and furnishings were quiet nice.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Condo was decorated well, the pool was nice, the twin beds need to be replaced, the mattresses bases are broken and they cave in. The refrigerator gets stuck and a few times we realized it wasn’t actually shut so we did lose some food due to overnight spoilage. The only smart tv in the house is the living room, would have been nice to have something for the kids to watch in their rooms. Overall we enjoyed the stay and we would recommend to other with slight improvements!

Stayed May 8, 2025This condo was roomy, comfortable and quiet. We came for the Mother’s Day weekend. The property is well maintained. The condo itself was big enough that we all had room to move about. And the mattress in the Master bedroom was wonderful. Even the water pressure for showers was great. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Stayed May 1, 2025I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit! The floors were horrible dirty. Socks were black after wearing them. Carpets need shampooed! Stains on the master bathroom rug. Rug in other bathroom was very sticky. Also a lot of crumbs in the furniture. I usually don’t complain but it really bothered me. Location was perfect.

We loved the hominess of this spacious rental, yet we could see water from just about every room. We would love to visit once again in the near future.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We actually decided on this 3BR/3BA property (even though we only needed a 1BR) for one reason -- the view. The wrap around balcony did not disappoint at all. Rooms and furnishings were a little dated but nice and clean. Only suggestions would be an upgrade to the internet/Wi-Fi and additional condiments in the kitchen -- full salt and pepper shakers, creamers and sugars for coffee, etc. We had a great time and will be back.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024The rugs in the bathroom were filthy and the carpet in the bedroom were also dirty. The sofa and chair cushions were very dirty also. I contacted the property managers and they sent me a link to send pictures of the dirty condo, but the link would not let me send pictures. I called twice and it never worked. If you want to check in early, they charge you 50 each hour you are early. Our friends different property manager was very happy to let them check in 6 hours early without any extra cost. I will not work with Beachball Properties again.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The location was absolutely perfect! Our morning coffee on the balcony came with a beautiful view of the ocean with a pod of dolphins hanging out right off the beach almost every morning. Condo was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed and the things we wanted we conveniently picked up from the little store across the street. It fit 7 adult women comfortably and the three full bathrooms were spacious. If you’re doing a beach day, the chair service right outside the condo is so worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 20, 2024My family and I had a great time. No issues whatsoever. The condo was exactly as we expected. My only small suggestion is that some light bulbs need to be replaced. In the master bath there was a bulb out, and many of the others were very dim.
