The Condo
This industrial yet cozy condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 beds sleeping up to 7 guests. Each bedroom is stylishly decorated, with comfortable linens and thoughtful details throughout. Two of the beds feature adjustable heads, including a Tempur-Pedic and a Beautyrest Black, for added comfort. The bathrooms are spacious and stocked with personal amenities.

Gather together around the dining area, or relax on the comfortable furniture to watch a movie or game on the 72-inch Samsung Frame TV. The living room TV includes streaming apps and cable, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals or quick snacks, and electronically controlled window blinds make it easy to adjust lighting throughout the condo. Families are welcome, and a pack ’n play is available upon request.

Building Notes
The building offers easy access with a rear ramp and two elevators. One designated parking space is located directly behind the building. As with most downtown locations, guests may experience typical city sounds. Guests must be 21 or older to book.
