Everything was excellent! Checking in was easy, parking convenient, condo clean and spacious and the Beach RIGHT THERE!! Cant wait to visit again.

Beautiful views from the dining room let you enjoy the beach even when you are not on the balcony. With elderly parents, this was important to my family. The kitchen was well stocked, and the 4 bedroom layout was perfect for our group. We have stayed in many 4-bedroom condos in North Myrtle Beach, and this is my favorite.

Great view from balcony of the beach. Management fixed problems we reported. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. We stayed during high winds and the patio doors did whistle a bit. Overall goid stay for us.

I must say it was a different experience and much more complicated. I did not feel welcome at all the whole time we were there. The location is great, minus the bar next to the building, our room was on the corner and Friday night and Saturday night after closing gets very loud. Make sure you bring trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as kitchen sponge and soap, and laundry detergent. It is a non-smoking property, but we had neighbors smoking weed and it would get so bad, you could not sit on the balcony all hours. Overall, the space was perfect, but the beds were very hard, kitchen is small but has all you need. Pool is ok, but it gets packed and very loud. The beach access is perfect. You are very close to Barefoot landing and only 30 minutes from Broadway at the beach. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable in the space, it did not feel crowded.

We bought the household items needed and left them for others to use. Please know this unit is at the end and you cannot leave anything outside the door. You must also know that the wrist bands must be worn at all times. The security is top notch. No noise. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. The unit is ongoing some upgrades. The new upgrades were very nice. THe unit could use more seats outside.

The bathrooms were great, the laundry was used a lot.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was our first time in North Myrtle Beach, but it was close to everything we wanted to do.

The place was completly junk. There were holes in the ceiling in the living room and the patio furniture was broken and someone ended up getting hurt and had to go to the er. We brought our issues up to the vacation rental place and they just said to throwbthe broken stuff away and that they had a newbone coming but would not fit in the elevator so they had to send it back. The couches were old and broken down and dirty as can be inside of it. We brought that up as well and got told the same story that the new couch would not fit in the elevator. The dryer was broken upon arrival but they did have it fixed next day. and they had washcloths covering vents. The kitchen set was so junky that if an adult sits in them it would break. The security gaurd came knocking on our door at 10 at night to try and tell us that the truck we had would fit in the parking garage bevause he held his arm up to the truck and used it to messure the hight. It was nothing but a hassle. One person tells you one thing and someone else tells you another and we ended up woth violations. The property is a HOA and we was never told that prior to booking or during the booking process. It was told at checkin. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. When yoy try to to talk to the property manager they tell you there is nothing they can do to help. Ifni could give a 0 raiting i would.
