The Space:

Welcome to this glamorous oceanfront condo! The unit located in the highly desired area of North Myrtle Beach - which is located nearby to many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions. The unit boasts and unobstructed Oceanview from multiple rooms; so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful spot!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable TV.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access!



Bathroom 1: Shower/tub attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with an attached bathroom.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 - also has hallway access.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex pool!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use thermostat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in an amazing section of North Myrtle Beach!

Barefoot Landing is about 1 mile

Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 3.4 miles

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens on the second Wednesday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
